The first level is for the consumer. Consumer support is
for the home user who wants to be able to do more with
their computer and keep it running well. We can also assist
you in purchase questions, software solutions, tutoring and
setup. Want to learn how to use iTunes more effectively or
maybe you need to learn Excel for a class? We are here to
help.
Commerical support is geared toward a business user.
Helping businesses maintain high availability for their
systems. Including networking, Internet, websites, email,
and software support. Need to know how to setup a server
that will allow your users to share documents but don't
have the budget to hire a full time support staff?
Help-Center can fill the need by supporting your systems as
a fraction of the cost of a full time support staff. For
example, a typical small business with 6 computers would
cost $650USD per year. Yes you read that right, per year.
This is a contract that would cover just about everything
(excluding onsite support.)
Additionally, any subscriber to our support plans receives
heavily discounted rates on onsite support (where
available.) These rates are approximately 65% lower than a
user who simply wants us to fix one problem. These rates
are available only to our subscribers.
