My computer experience started when I was a kid working on
the Apple II and other computers. As I grew up I naturally
gained working knowledge of many different systems. My
career in computers started at Gateway (then Gateway 2000)
in 1994. Subsequently to that I have worked at Sprint,
American Medical Response, IBM and others. In 2000, I began
teaching computer network engineering for Westwood College
of Technology in Denver Colorado. In 2003, along with my
family, I started a nonprofit foster care and adoption
agency in Conroe.
I have worked with everything from the Apple II, OS/2,
every version of Windows since 3.1, Linux and Mac OS 9 and
X. I have worked on just as varied hardware platforms as
well. I have built websites, run email servers, and many
other Internet technologies. I enjoy fixing computers,
mostly enjoy solving problems with computers. My knowledge
of software is just as varied. These are things I can use
to help you solve problems. I know about software that will
help you run your business, mange documents, and keep your
systems safe and secure.
I also have extensive working knowledge of the Microsoft
Office Suite, including Work, Excel and PowerPoint. I can
help build spreadsheet that will allow you to extract,
manage and organize your information in useful and creative
ways.
